Registration Process

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Below are listed the registration types among which you can choose. Please read carefully about each option, find an option that suits you the best, make a payment to the bank account (details stated below), during the registration mark the option you have chosen, and upload a transfer confirmation.

Early Bird (before the 1st of November) with accompanying partner

Publishing a paper/abstract in the conference proceedings, access to all conference materials, 3 lunches, and gala dinner, attending all conference sessions, participation in the field trip. Accompanying partner can only participate in the gala dinner and the field trip.

After 1st of November, with accompanying partner

Payment

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

We would kindly ask all participants to firstly make a payment to the following bank account, as it is mandatory to upload a transfer confirmation at the end of the registration process. After you submit your registration, it will be marked as “pending” until the administrators check and confirm your payment. When your registration is approved, you will automatically be notified via email. Please note that the transaction fees, if there are any, are to be covered by the participant.
