Registration Process

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Below are listed the registration types from which you can choose. Please read carefully about each option, find an option that suits you the best, make a payment to the bank account (details stated below), during the registration, mark the option you have chosen, and upload a transfer confirmation.

Please ensure to write “UNESCO Chair – O4H Conference registration fee” under the payment title.

Kindly note that the transaction fee must be covered by the applicant. Transferred amounts that are not full will not be accepted as a successful registration.

In cases where the registrant is unable to attend and is unable to transfer their place to another person, the following refund arrangements will apply:  30% of the registration fee will be retained to cover administration costs incurred.

Please take note of the following:
The transformation fee, if applicable, will not be covered by the chair and will be deducted from the registration fee.
Refunds will be processed within one week after the conference.
Cancellations made within one month from the conference start date will not be eligible for a refund.

Publishing a paper/abstract in the conference proceedings, access to all conference materials, 3 lunches, and gala dinner, attending all conference sessions, participation in the field trip. Accompanying partner can only participate in the gala dinner and the field trip.

Payment

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

We would kindly ask all participants to firstly make a payment to the following bank account, as it is mandatory to upload a transfer confirmation at the end of the registration process. After you submit your registration, it will be marked as “pending” until the administrators check and confirm your payment. When your registration is approved, you will automatically be notified via email. Please note that the transaction fees, if there are any, are to be covered by the participant.
